Live Long Live Strong! is designed to help participants develop good health habits that are associated with a longer, healthier, and happier life. In a small-group atmosphere, take part in lectures and exercises designed to teach you about the building blocks of fitness: cardiovascular exercise, functional strength training, flexibility, and balance.
